Table View
Once your search criteria has been made, Commercial REARS displays the matching records in a user-defined table view where each column of information can be sorted in ascending or descending order to further refine your search. From Table View, you can select transactions for printing list, mailing labels or reports, or you can select "Show Full Info" from the toolbar to view detailed information about each transaction (view samples).

Full View
From Table View you can select "Show Full Info" or simply double-click on a transaction to access Full View on each individual sales transaction (view samples).

From both Table View and Data View you can:

• print the transaction record, mailing labels or lists
• show the parcel location using GIS Maps* or Mapquest
• View the Tax Roll information on this parcel**
• Export the information for use in a 3rd party product
