MMTGIS is an interactive mapping system that may be used as either:

• A stand-alone map tool
• Seamlessly integrated with REARS, the Real Estate Activity Reporting System; and/or PIRS, the Parcel Identification Reporting System

A 3rd-party product, MMTGIS offers full county maps that can be searched in a multitude of ways, as well the mapping software can be used to instantly display parcel and sales transaction information.

Search Criteria

Quickly access any map location by:

• Subdivision
• Owner's Name
• Parcel ID Number
• Parcel Address

Viewing Parcels

There are numerous user-defined options available to view parcels including:

• Layer Setup - lets you define the amount of detail to display on your map search ( such as street names, lot numbers, section/township/range, etc. The items available with this option vary with each county and the information recorded.)
• Show Parcel Info - identifies basic parcel information as you move the mouse cursor over the map.
• Show Extended Parcel Info - displays more detailed information on a selected parcel.
• Show Sales Info - displays all sales transactions since 1990 on a selected parcel.
• Measure - allows the user to measure any area of the map. The measure results display on-screen.
• Bookmark a Location & Saved Views - once the user has identified a map area by using the search criteria or the Zoom In/Out tool, the selected view can be saved and re-called at any time. Up to 10 selected views may be saved.
• Print Map - Any selected area of the map may be printed.

Show Sold Parcels

Any of the following search criteria can be used stand-alone or in conjunction with any other search criteria. Identify Sales by:

User-specified dates and user-defined color highlights or fills

• Price Range
• Square Footage
• Landuse Code
• Structure Code
• Parcel Distance
  • Parcels within 1/4 mile
  • Parcels within 1/2/ mile
  • Parcels within 1 mile
  • Parcels within 2 miles
  • All parcels on-screen
• The "Show Sold Parcel" search results generated from MMTGIS can be returned to REARS where the results can be further refined, displayed or printed as either a report or mailing labels.

REARS & PIRS Integration

MMTGIS can be used to identify parcels and then the results can be returned to REARS or PIRS where the results can be further refined, displayed or printed as either a report or mailing labels. MMTGIS can identify parcels by the following criteria:

• Parcels within 1/4 mile
• Parcels within 1/2 mile
• Parcels within 1 mile
• Parcels within 2 miles
• All parcels on-screen
• Identify Selected Parcel Only
