REARS, the Real Estate Reporting Activity System, is a comprehensive marketing tool that is essential for any business or individual needing to research real estate sales in Florida or Alabama. The REARS product is the combination of a software program and monthly database subscription of all property and real estate sales that have taken place in a county, including all listed and unlisted transactions. Comparable reports, listings and mailing labels can be generated quickly by searching REARS in a multitude of ways, including physical property characteristics, mortgage information, sales type and location.

Additionally, REARS integrates seamlessly with MMTGIS, an interactive mapping system.
         

REARS works seamlessly with Microsoft Word to create marketing lists & labels and links to MMTinfo's PIRS and GIS Maps allowing you flexible access to all sales transactions. An intuitive, menu-driven program, REARS is designed for use by any real estate professional to help:

REARS Search Criteria

REARS offers you extensive flexibility to perform custom searches on any combination of the following criteria. For example, in your search criteria, you can easily choose to view:

• all new home sales in a subdivision, built by a specific builder, that are over a certain number of square feet, or
• all vacant land sales recorded after the first of the year, or
• search for all sales by a specific buyer or parcel address

The combinations of custom searches that you can perform are endless, and you have the confidence that the search results will include all sales that took place.

Data Views

Table View
Once your search criteria has been made, REARS displays the matching records in a user-defined table view where each column of information can be sorted in ascending or descending order to further refine your search. From Table View, you can select transactions for printing list, mailing labels or reports, or you can select "Show Full Info" from the toolbar to view detailed information about each transaction (view samples).

Full View
From Table View you can select "Show Full Info" or simply double-click on a transaction to access Full View on each individual sales transaction (view samples).

From both Table View and Data View you can:

• print the transaction record, mailing labels or lists
• show the parcel location using GIS Maps* or Mapquest
• View the Tax Roll information on this parcel**
• Export the information for use in a 3rd party product
