Each month, REARS, PIRS and MMTGIS subscribers can update their data files via the Internet. For a step-by-step tutorial, visit our Customer page.

Program Updates

As program updates become available, subscribers of REARS, PIRS and MMTGIS may download the updates via the Internet. For a step-by-step tutorial, visit our Customer page.

Training

MMT offers the following training options:

1. FREE NEW SUBSCRIBER TRAINING - For a limited time, new subscribers of REARS, PIRS or MMTGIS (and customers of less than 1 year) are eligible to receive 2 hours of FREE online training. 2. ONLINE TRAINING - Product training is available for existing REARS, PIRS or MMTGIS subscribers via the Internet using GoToMeeting web conferencing (gotomeeting.com). The rate for online training is $30 an hour and you may have up to 10 employees participate. A free download of GoToMeeting software is required on each PC that will participate in the online training. 3. ON-SITE TRAINING - Product training is available on-site at your office, or any location you choose, for existing REARS, PIRS or MMTGIS subscribers. The rate for on-site training is $50 per hour (2-hour minimum), plus all travel-related expenses. 4. CONTINUING EDUCATION - CE courses on REARS, PIRS or MMTGIS are eligible for continuing education credit. These courses may be offered through your local Realtor Association, or can be scheduled for other groups or associations.
