LIS PENDENS

REARS customers now have access to the latest pending foreclosures for their areas. This list can be printed as a report or used to generate mailing labels and is available by selecting the Customer Login for Reports link at the top of any web page, or from the REARS Search Criteria Screen by placing a checkmark in the box next to Lis Pendens Notices.
